Saisiko taustamusan voimakkuutta hieman pienemmälle suhteessa puheeseen? Olisi herkästi häiriintyvälle katsojalle helpompi seurattava. Kiitos!
so after that, you use the sinogram to create the image, right?
Voxels? Prefilled with elimination?

Do you have any Raw data? and where could I download the data?
you are the best you really helped my thank you so much wish you succes in your life
Hi Prof. Siltanen, thank you very much for this amazing video. I plan to follow all the courses and now I am at the begining. I have a question regarding computing tsvd. Dp_alpha(iii,iii) = 1/svals(iii); Why is it not like this Dp_alpha(iii,iii) = svals(iii); ?
That is so cool
Where can I get this please?
<- Problem of understanding the message of this video.
Your work is interesting but I want to apply this model on environmental factors. Could you please guide me?
I would love to see a link to the Matlab code in the description!
I had to watch more than once to work out what was going on. Not sure why it was recommended, but glad it was
Like from Brazil!
Absolutely amazing video!
Bad choice
Thanks, very useful
Thank you for posting this. I have spent weeks finding these codes for my assignment all over the internet. I would not have figured it out without this video as there is no advice from my tuitors that could help.
I really hate the whiteboard sound but it is a great lecture.
it looks too good, can you also elaborate how do you constructed images by these values?
Same doubt.... If you found the answer... I request you kindly share that with us....
@@DK-dc1mc does anybody figure out this answer. It will be great help if you convey that.
@@ahmadnafiskhansuprotik6338 maybe use Eidors toolbox to solve inverse problem.
@@joesooobob8034 Can you tell me how to use EIDOR to solve inverse problem
Thanks for the video. Clearly this method works in matlab but I was wondering if directly changing fft coefficients in this manner produces ripples in the time domain signal representation due to the rectangular window effect? Or does matlab handle the maths for youin this regard?
hello sir how can we use this filtered back projection to create 3D image. i have 12 images in 12 direction like 1st image at 30 degree 2nd on 60. how can we use filtered back projection to create 3D volume from these 12 images
Extreme helpful
Great job, thanks a lot.
Thanks a lot Dr. Samuli 🌹
Thanks great video. Can you explain what is the matrix P? is it a probability matrix? If yes, probability of what?
if you stop the video on the second slide right at the beginning (0:15) then you will see that the number in the matrix P are the probabilities that one switches the company
Thanks for brief explanation
How is your result=A\v working I got an error because my A and v matrices dimensions didn’t agree
Great lecture!
WOW! Thanks a lot man!!

wow amazing. thank you for sharing the knowledge for free. Sir I have become a fan.
Can you pass me the code for it?
how do you manage the geometric calibration of the micro-CT system?
i'm trying to write a matlab code employing this so thanks man :)))))
Thanks for sharing that, it’s soooo useful!
Great, thanks!
Samuli you are amazing !
my professor said I should watch this and I´m not disappointed
thanks

Can you please share the code as a link or add it to the description?

Thanks.
Kas.
